All we need is 1 visitor a day the first year, 2 the next year, 4 the year after and so on and in 21 years we have enough people to create our first station we own and control as equals.

This radio station equal partnership will play SMALL bands of the world. All music will be available for download for FREE.
We'll also be a NON striking union for our members and a lie detection group, all for $10 per year.
As a nonprofit, we'll pump two very short brands all day: our Communist Allied Radio Station and this idea of transitioning ALL government groups and businesses to equal partnerships owned by any citizen. Our radio station will be allied WE, but this broader concept of everyone owns what they want as equals will of course be open to anyone. We'll transition society to equal partnerships, where we buy into what we want. There will be a BASIC government package for everyone. There will also be a TAX group where we tax ALL wealth past what 80% decide. But to be member of the TAX group, you have to be a member of the FBI.
But first we we need a strong ALLIED group:

I don't know exactly what station costs will be per year. Hundreds of thousands from searching the internet.
Total station income: 100,000 equal partners * 10 per year = 1 million per year.
So HALF of that as staff is 12 staff. $500,000 / $40,000 = 12 staff.This is ONE vote a year from everyone. This staff of 12 will divide their time equally between:
Vote count: 2 hoursTalent find, 2 hoursWriting code, 2 hoursReading MAIL, 2 hours. When done with mail, NETWORKING, like mailing all BAND Department in every school in the country.
You need to have CODING experience to become a coder. Staff will be picked as a random pick of anyone who applies. An md5sum hash of a future FIRST SENTENCE of Google News works. Or a future Lottery number. Then [total applicants] / 12 determines the NEXT person selected as GOT JOB from our LIST of applicants on through all 12 new hires. In other words we jump down from RANDOM, [[total applicants] / 12] spots down, and we jump down [12-1] times. Each jump down is a new hire.
ALL band finds must be approved by me. I don't want no SLOP!! We have to be REALLY good to make this work. Once I TRUST all staff is finding ONLY TOP QUALITY BANDS, then I might let go and not review band finds.

We'll all vote on a BUSINESS to all fund at the same amount, $10 a year. As nonprofit equal partners of our radio station, we then get a THANK YOU message for our shared BUSINESS broadcast on our station in a way that doesn't turn off audience.

I'm not completely aligned with Karl Marx but I've always LOVED this idea of society owning very large projects as EQUALS, which we'll DO with this radio station. Here's Karl Marx's state, which he might tweak a bit:

---I don't understand this. If this is moving all property to a commonly shared thing, we're not for this.

YES, we will have a very MASSIVE banking equal partnership, but it won't be a monopoly.
6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
YES, we will have very LARGE communication and TRANSPORT equal partnerships. Communication will be part of our Computer All. And of course our automotive equal partnership will be ONE very large group for economies of scale. GLOBAL equal partnerships where no country outvotes other countries but every country group shares ALL new ideas with ALL country groups.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
Yes, well own the factories we buy from and the farms we buy from but of course within the no force model where you can join these equal partnerships or not.
8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labour in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production...."
Schools become equal partnerships that we all own as equals with an international coordination group to share ideas. You have to be a member to attend. But you remember we'll have a BOTTOM people can fall to. If you're homeless, we feed, house and teach you ENGLISH and then programming. No country outvotes any other country. All new innovation of each equal partnership must be shared with all country members. Our radio station will be our first equal partnership build. Once we have enough to members to build another station, we do that. That station builds more stations. With our radio station members all over the world, we transition all governments to equal partnerships. Some government agencies might not have buyers. SO BE IT!!! WE DON'T TO PAY FOR THAT!!!
