NARUS was an ISRAELI business. You're aware anyone can be a citizen of Israel because if you're a Jew, you're a citizen of Israel. They don't really have a border worth anything. If you become a Jew you get a state called Israel. This is why Israel can never become the 51st state. So in through Israel a business offered the United States a way to tap the world's internet. But all it is is a well balanced, highly reactive temperature adjustment system where each shift to warmer and colder is KNOW to everyone, so we know when the views are shifting.
