We don't want our workers FEARING retribution for admitting mistakes or serious errors. Everyone should be COMFORTABLE. When workers fear retribution, they HIDE their mistakes and the crew doesn't learn about them to FIX them.

We don't want SPEED, we want QUALITY. We all get faster through time.

In other words we don't FIRE you for screwing up. Mistakes happen. As long as you're TRYING your best, we don't care. When people understand this, they don't COVER serious errors, they tell the CREW who can FIX them.
