Our TAX equal partnership will tax ALL wealth past whatever 80% of the group decides. To join this group you have to be a member of the FBI / Law equal partnership, which will be $50 per year for the FBI bit. Justice Department will be about $400 per year [source]. If you don't have a job, you still get to vote in this equal partnership. This is the ONLY equal partnership we allow non paying members to vote in, which is what our current system is: people without jobs can vote in elections.

"We don't have the ABILITY to create his item with our current budget. Here's how much more money we need. If 80% agree, to all investing in his new budget, then I will work." And everyone has he option to vote on this PAYMENT to infuse capital into this new project. 80% approve. After 100% pay this required new capital payment, the item proceeds into ACTION. If we lose members from 20% who voted NO because they don't want to pay the new capital requirement, we pay his difference. Agreement to PAY this difference is part of the vote for his new capital.
