$136.84 / 2.54 = 53.87 per person per month
$1248.22 - $53.87 = $1194.35 per month left over for building loan and employee salaries. PER prisoner. At 300 prisoners * $1194.35 = $358,305 per month for all that. They're SO clearly overcharging!!! You simply build a prison where you don't need that much labor. Each prisoner gets their own space and they live in their own space. We segment bathroom areas for comfort. No shared areas. Everyone is SAFE. Guards are safe. And we run these things as nonprofit equal partnerships.
