But it's more than that, it's a rise up to 82.68%. I get Hugo goes to prison for trying to take over Venezuela militarily and then his Socialist brand gets him elected 4 times by a bunch of people who didn't learn this or by people who don't care. I don't understand this election win. I question the poll. Hugo was as popular as FDR who won 4 times!!!
