With a shadow you simply expect to transition to PERFECT and to perfect it will transition. I find moving my HEAD while I transition matter out of hell works best to maintain my shadow.
But this is such a HUGE skill for people and most people don't have time. There's 1% of the population who hear altered. ALLIES within this group should be able to shift the Earth to perfect.
