The memo, dated May 12, which reads that it is from ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons, was shared with Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., by two whistleblowers.
It says ICE agents are allowed to forcibly enter a person’s home using an administrative warrant if a judge has issued a “final order of removal.” Administrative warrants permit officers and agents to make arrests and are different from judicial warrants, which judges or magistrates sign allowing entry into homes.
"The officers issuing these administrative warrants also have found probable cause,” McLaughlin said. 'For decades, the Supreme Court and Congress have recognized the propriety of administrative warrants in cases of immigration enforcement.'"

You know how there is more stopping power with expect to perfect if you live in the far North with permanent snow. Imagine rather than depending on permanent snow, you simply use a shadow and expect to perfect and through time your land transitions to perfect temperature with a cool breeze keeping you happy and comfortable.
We can still stop exponential replication of hells. All our exponential replication sets go UP and expand our.
Why up? Opposite of growth, where each new bit of plant growth is a fall from space, according to my theory. A matter compaction. The opposite is an EXPANDING set. It's cooling, we just don't experience it the same way we don't experience falling to the center of the hot visible universe and living as a burning alive set.
UP and expanding out into space and DOWN to HOT hell. Two directions that happen all the time, we just don't experience. I SAVE copies of myself that drift off to hot hell and expand our to cold space. I can't save ALL copies, but I save what I can. Just being in sunlight, whether you turn your body to save the surface of your skin or not, will BURN a copy of you up unless you run expect to perfect on the INTO HOT inertia. I do this a lot. Same with fall to cold and on to expanding out into space, or opposite of gravity.
The POINT: no need to have permanent snow because we have UP!!! All we need is a SHADOW that can surive the DAY. With THAT, we simply run transition to perfect on everything and I theorize this shifts your land to PERFECT temperature and perfect breeze to keep you cool. Warm dirt that does not BURN in the sunlight. I've measured ground temperature WELL ABOVE what I measured to be pain threshhold of 122 F. Ground temperature around 130 and using imperfect memory, above 140 F. WELL above 122 F, which I measured to be pain threshold. I theorize past pain threshold you slip to the center of the universe.
So through time with transition to perfect using a shadow, we transition the land to PERFECT temperature. No winter and no summer. Just perfect temperature for the ground and perfect temperature for us.
Because the land is now a perfect temperature, we have more comfort all around and live a happier life as the entire land, growing plants that are very pleasing. Warm straight through the winter. Comfortably cool straight through the summer.
And of course with enough time, we shift other planets as well, and these planets do the same.
To understand this, imagine a new grass seed. That grass seed was not there before it was there. It's a very small space with nothing there. But with PERFECT, we shift the grass to shift the universe. The grass is needed by animals, but the grass now does other things like WARM the ground during the winter and COOL the ground during the summer. Perfect temperature year round. Warm straight through the winter. And no more super hot summers. A nice EVEN comfort with ground at PERFECT temperature.
Because we are now surrounded by PERFECT temperature, we live a happier life. You remember how COLD the river water was when you jumped in the spring fed river. Very COLD. We don't want to live in that state forever. But the Earth lives in that state for LONG periods of time. The SURFACE of the Earth also experienced SUPREME PAIN HOT!!!
The more hells around you, the more hells enter you, the harder your existence is. The more pleasant the everything feels around you, the more pleasant things enter your system all day. And we all benefit.
