So 1.3 million / 3.241 million = $0.40 per year from each citizen. You guys went all out eh?

From two days ago, we found if the minimum wage is $8.06, people have $2,500 a year in savings. So 2,631 homeless * $8.06 * 40 hours a day * 52 weeks a year = $44.1 million.

44.1 million / 3.241 million = $13.6 per year per citizen. And these guys become coders for our Iowa coding team. All those that don't know how to read, are taught to read. Then on to learning how to type. Then on to learning how to code. Then on to working for our coding business. All at a cost of $13.6 per year per citizen.

But because only 60% of the population can afford $400, or 1,944,600 people. So 44.1 million / 1,944,600 = $22.68 per citizen of Iowa per year. Not bad.

All 2,631 homeless become coders for our Iowa software company at $22.68 per year. Simple eh?

But they have to PROVE that they've been homeless for 2 years to qualify. We don't want to pay just anyone who signs up.
